Marc takes us across the finishing line in the Transat BtoB with a video. Safran crossed the line at the safety gate between the Azores and Portugal at 1133 GMT (12h33 CET) on Thursday 15th December, and therefore took fifth place in the 2011 Transat B to B. The race ended some 700 miles from the finish that was originally planned off Lorient, and was shortened because of the storm, Joachim, which is about to reach the Bay of Biscay.
